Aville Spills Tea on Evos Coaching Team Disbandment

Former Evos MLBB coach Adit “Aville” Rosenda recently explained the reason behind the disbanding of the Blue Tigers’ coaching staff following their disappointing performance in MPL ID Season 15, which ended last week.

Evos started strong in the first half of the MPL ID S15 Regular Season but suffered a surprising and sharp decline in the second half, ultimately finishing in the group stage elimination zone. In the end, they missed another playoffs as they stuck in seventh place despite putting up an impressive final show.

This outcome was clearly unacceptable for a veteran team of Evos’ caliber in the Indonesian MLBB esports scene. Consequently, the organization’s management decided to disband the coaching team, which last consisted of the trio Aville, Tesista “Caleb” Kayleb, and Stenley “TaxStump” Hermawan.

This decision drew attention from the MLBB community, with some speculating they were fired for failing to adapt to opponents’ strategies in crucial matches. However, Aville clarified he chose to leave voluntarily because he couldn’t reach an agreement with Evos for the next competitive season.

“In the last meeting, I actually told Evos that I don’t want to continue for the next season, but I offered myself as an analyst should they need one. However, Evos made a different call.”

Going forward, the former Dota 2 pro player has no immediate plans to return to the MLBB esports scene. He instead expressed his desire to pursue an independent career in esports, whether as an analyst or a livestreamer on his personal channel.
