Asnawi Mangkualam reveals team strength in 2025 President’s Cup

Port FC player Asnawi Mangkualam shares his perspective on the competition in the 2025 President’s Cup — a tournament that will see his team face Persib Bandung in the group stage.

Port FC is drawn in Group B alongside Persib Bandung and Dewa United, while Group A consists of Liga Indonesia All Star, Oxford United, and Arema FC — the defending champions of this tournament.

“It’s certainly quite strong with several clubs from Oxford, Liga 1 All Star, and Arema who we know are the defending champions of this President’s Cup,” stated Asnawi Mangkualam.

“We know Dewa United also performed well in the Indonesian League last year,” he added.

Asnawi Mangkualam pays special attention to the opening match against Persib Bandung — which will be his team’s debut in this tournament.
