The chase for regional supremacy officially begins with the kickoff of the ASEAN U-23 Mandiri Cup™ 2025 in Indonesia. Held from 15 to 29 July 2025, this prestigious tournament brings together 10 Southeast Asian nations in a high-stakes competition featuring the region’s most promising young talents.

Southeast Asia’s top U-23 teams set to clash

Ten U-23 national teams are participating in the tournament. The competitive format divides the teams into three groups:

Official group stage draw results

  • Group A: Indonesia (host), Malaysia, Philippines, Brunei Darussalam

  • Group B: Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos

  • Group C: Thailand, Myanmar, Timor-Leste

Only the group winners and the best runner-up will advance to the semifinals. The final match is scheduled for 29 July 2025 at the iconic Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK) in Jakarta.

Indonesia aims for glory on home ground
