Arsenal Ready to Trigger Eze’s £67.5m Release Clause from Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace faces mounting pressure to retain Eberechi Eze — Arsenal stands ready to activate the player’s £67.5m release clause. The 27-year-old forward has emerged as The Gunners’ primary target to strengthen their attacking line.

Manchester United and Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr are monitoring Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabián Ruiz‘s situation. The 29-year-old Spanish player remains under contract until 2027 with this season’s Champions League winners.

Several major transfers have been completed in recent days:

  • Arsenal secured goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga from Chelsea for £5m
  • Ansu Fati joined AS Monaco with an €11m purchase option
  • Ashley Lawrence moved from Chelsea Women to OL Lyonnes

According to expert analysis, Eze would fit perfectly into Arsenal’s playing system. His ability to combine elite dribbling with precise decision-making in the final third — makes him an ideal target for Mikel Arteta’s squad.

“Eze is a rare combination of a superb dribbler and someone who almost always makes the right decision in the final third,” states football expert Sam Tighe.
