Arsenal Face Tough Start to 2025-26 Premier League Season

Arsenal face a challenging start to the 2025-26 Premier League season — Mikel Arteta’s side must open their campaign with an away fixture against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Following the opener, the Gunners will face consecutive away matches against Liverpool and Newcastle United, before hosting Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium.

For the Christmas period, Arsenal will travel to Everton and host Brighton — the Premier League has ensured each team receives at least 60 hours between matches. Currently, no fixtures have been scheduled for Boxing Day.

Arsenal have been handed a relatively easier run-in to end the season:

  • Newcastle United (home)
  • Fulham (home)
  • West Ham United (away)
  • Burnley (home)
  • Crystal Palace (away)

After the final match on May 24, 2026, players will have less than three weeks to prepare for the 2026 World Cup in the United States.
