Arai Agaska secures podiums in first two FIM R3 World Cup series

Arai Agaska, Yamaha Racing Indonesia’s supported rider, demonstrates impressive performance in the opening rounds of 2025 FIM R3 BLU CRU World Cup — securing third place in Portimao, Portugal and second place in Misano, Italy.

At Misano circuit, the young Indonesian rider started from third position — competing at the front and leading several times before finishing second in the first race.

The second race ended unfortunately when Agaska was involved in an incident with Brazilian rider Aymon Bocanegra — resulting in his inability to complete the race.

“I’m very happy to reach the podium again in the FIM R3 BLU CRU World Cup championship. I experienced a crash, but I’m in good condition,” stated Agaska through Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing’s official release.

“This accident provides valuable experience. The podium achievements at the start of this season become important capital for me in the upcoming series.”
