This result places them at the bottom of the standings, making it impossible to qualify for the playoffs. Going forward, only Twisted Minds and Omega Esports remain to battle in the final group stage this week to secure the last slot for the lower bracket playoffs.

This outcome may come as a surprise, given that the MPL PH powerhouse was reinforced by the champion roster of MDL Philippines Season 4, Lazy Esports. The “Dark Horse” seems undeserved, as they exited the premier competition far too early.
