Andrea Kimi Antonelli achieves high school diploma during F1 debut season

Andrea Kimi Antonelli, Mercedes Formula 1 rookie driver, has successfully obtained his high school diploma — a remarkable achievement during his debut racing season.

The young Italian driver chose to return directly to his hometown after the Canadian Grand Prix to take his exam, rather than attending the F1 movie premiere in New York.

Despite his busy racing schedule, Antonelli remained committed to completing his studies — utilizing every free moment to study and receiving full support from his school.

Alessandra Regina, class coordinator at the Salvemini Technical Institute in Casalecchio di Reno near Bologna, stated:

“Despite having many sporting commitments, Kimi never lost sight of school and his goal to graduate. He is very humble and always received support from his classmates.”
