Alter Ego MLBB Head Coach Believes His Team Didn’t Peak at MPL ID S15

Alter Ego MLBB head coach Kenny “Xepher” Deo recently shared his thoughts on his team’s surprising performance in the recent MPL ID Season 15 playoffs.

Speaking on the Dejet channel, Xepher responded to comments calling his team a “dark horse” of MPL ID S15 due to their significant improvement over the previous season. Despite inconsistent results during the Regular Season, they managed to defeat the statistically stronger Bigetron and reached the Top 4.

While acknowledging this was a decent result, the former Dota 2 pro admitted he wasn’t satisfied. He believes his squad could have reached the finals if they’d been at peak mental condition. He felt they were only playing at about 80% of their potential during their playoff match against Geek Fam.

Going forward, Xepher has expressed desire to undergo roster changes next season to maximize the team’s potential and compete with top rivals. So far, there’s no news on AE’s projects, aside from reports of trial matches during the off-season to find a new talent.
