Alter Ego Delwyns Teases Transfer Plans Ahead of New Season

Alter Ego CEO Delwyn “Delwyns” Sukamto has recently hinted at the team’s transfer plans for the upcoming MPL ID Season 16, starting in a few months.

Alter Ego’s journey this season was surprisingly resilient. Despite struggling during the MPL ID Season 15 regular group stage, they utilized the final two weeks effectively to secure a spot in the playoffs’ lower bracket.

In the first playoff round, the team impressed by defeating favorites Bigetron and advancing further, before ultimately being stopped by Geek Fam. Although their run ended there, fans praised their strategy and hope the team makes changes to achieve more consistent performance next season.

Addressing these expectations, Delwyns stated during a recent livestream that he has solid plans to strengthen the team before MPL ID S16 begins. One key focus is the mid lane position, which is likely to see changes.

“Guys, the trials have been nothing sort of interesting so far. I don’t know yet if they’ll get accepted, but there are many great talents, especially mid laners. Stay tuned.”

This hints at a potential shake-up, as the mid lane role is currently held by Dalvin “Hijumee” Ramadhana, a key player for Alter Ego. If Hijumee does move to another team, the transfer fee received would likely be used to find a replacement of similar caliber.
