Alfeandra Dewangga reveals desired position at Persib Bandung

Alfeandra Dewangga — Persib Bandung’s new recruit for the Super League 2025/2026 season — has expressed his hope to play in the defender position.

This versatile player is known for his ability to adapt to various positions — capable of operating as both defender and defensive midfielder.

Dewangga’s presence becomes the right solution for Maung Bandung who needs multi-position players — especially after experiencing player injury problems in the previous season.

“When I first started playing football, my initial position was actually on the wing,” Dewangga revealed about his career journey.

Although he initially played as a striker and tried the left-back position — Dewangga now prefers to concentrate on the defensive position for Persib Bandung.
