Alexandre Gama praises Indonesian supporters’ atmosphere after Port FC defeats Persib

Port FC coach Alexandre Gama praised Indonesian supporters after his team defeated Persib Bandung 2-0 at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium.

The 2025 President’s Cup pre-season match — held yesterday — received an enthusiastic welcome from fans who packed the stadium.

“I think football is developing a lot in all countries, and can become stronger,” said Gama after the match.

The Brazilian coach assessed that Asian football development has shown progress — with Thailand still leading in the ASEAN region.
