Alexandre Gama: Port FC performed better than Persib in President’s Cup

Quoting his direct statement after the match at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, coach Alexandre Gama analyzed Port FC’s 2-0 victory over Persib Bandung in the 2025 President’s Cup opening match.

The Thai team — showed better game dominance throughout the match. Persib’s game scheme that didn’t work optimally became an advantage for Port FC.

“In my opinion, we were more special in the game,” said Gama.

“Maybe we were more technical, calmer in moving the ball,” he added.
