Al Nassr management in turmoil – CEO fired, Hierro on the verge of exit

A wave of changes has hit Al Nassr — Majed Jaman Alsorour has been dismissed from his CEO position without prior notice.

The club’s management upheaval doesn’t stop there — Fernando Hierro, serving as sports director, is reportedly set to leave his position.

The recently concluded season has been a dark period for Al Nassr — the club failed to secure the Saudi League title and lost the opportunity to compete in next season’s Asian Champions League.

Hierro, who joined the club last summer, shares a special connection with Cristiano Ronaldo — the two previously worked together at Real Madrid when Hierro served as assistant coach.
