Ade Weighs In on Yeb’s Onic ID Return

Popular MLBB streamer and commentator Ade Setiawan recently shared his thoughts on the return of Miranda “Yeb” Denver as coach of Onic ID, replacing Adi “Adi” Asyauri indefinitely.

Per previous announcement, Yeb will serve as Onic ID’s head coach for the rest of MPL ID Season 15, starting this week, while continuing his role as the organization’s Esports Vice President. Meanwhile, Adi will step down to serve as an analyst alongside Ahmad “Mars” Marsam.

Given Onic ID’s latest results, this managerial shift has been met with optimism by fans hoping for a swift improvement in the team’s performance. However, the move has also placed Adi back under the MLBB community’s spotlight, including scrutiny from Ade, who reacted to the announcement during his livestream.

In recent livestream, Ade argued that Adi struggled to fully manage the head coach role without Yeb’s guidance. The former Evos pro player pointed to challenges such as subpar draft strategies and player management as key issues under Adi’s tenure.

With Yeb now juggling responsibilities beyond coaching, Ade emphasized the urgency for the team to find a sustainable solution before the season concludes.
