Achmad Jufriyanto suffers serious injury during Persib vs Port FC match

Coach Bojan Hodak expressed his concern over the serious injury suffered by Persib Bandung defender Achmad Jufriyanto in the 2025 President’s Cup match.

The player commonly known as Jupe — who collided with a Port FC player during yesterday’s game — had to be rushed to hospital by ambulance.

Medical examination revealed that the senior Maung Bandung defender suffered two broken ribs — a condition that requires a lengthy recovery period.

“It’s very unfortunate. Jupe has suffered rib injuries,” stated Hodak.
