Hamilton Rises from 18th to Finish Seventh at Belgian GP

Lewis Hamilton displayed an impressive performance at the Belgian GP — climbing from 18th starting position to finish seventh.

An early pit stop strategy proved key for the Ferrari driver in overtaking his mid-field rivals. Hamilton acknowledged enjoying such challenging races.

“I always love races like that where you’re challenged and having to make your way through the field. It reminds me of how my racing started at Rye House,” Hamilton stated.

His teammate, Charles Leclerc, secured a podium finish in third place, behind race winner Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris in second.

Hamilton remains optimistic about his improved understanding of the car and looks forward to performing better at next week’s Hungarian GP.
