Loris Reggiani criticizes Bagnaia’s performance in MotoGP this season

Loris Reggiani, former MotoGP rider, shared his analysis of the world championship situation with Italian media Fanpage.

Reggiani expressed his disappointment with Francesco Bagnaia’s performance at Ducati — the rider struggles to compete with his teammate.

“I think Bagnaia is experiencing internal pressure, especially from his teammate. Marquez is very fast and consistent everywhere,” stated Reggiani.

“I expected more from him. It’s not about Bagnaia not winning, it’s about Pecco not even finishing second, and that’s a bit disappointing.”

The former rider also praised Ducati’s satellite team Gresini Racing led by Nadia Padovani — the team shows surprising performance with Alex Marquez in second place in the championship standings.

“On the other hand, the Gresini team has proven to be ready, serious, and consists of competent people,” added Reggiani about the team strengthened by Alex Marquez and rookie Fermín Aldeguer.
