Persija Jakarta officially signs Botafogo academy player

Persija Jakarta announced the signing of Allano Lima as their eighth foreign player for the 2025/26 Indonesia Super League season — completing coach Mauricio Souza’s squad.

The announcement came before the pre-season match and team launch against Arema FC. The 30-year-old winger is a Botafogo academy product with a convincing track record in Brazil.

“The biggest reason I accepted this offer is Persija’s great history and ambition to win titles. I want to be part of that journey,” stated Allano Lima.

“I’m ready to face challenges with Persija and want to give everything for this team in achieving major titles,” he added.
