Lando Norris Provides Update on Nose Injury After British GP

McLaren driver Lando Norris has provided an update on his nose injury sustained during British GP victory celebrations at Silverstone — the incident occurred when a photographer accidentally collided with him while attempting to climb the pit straight fence.

This injury wasn’t the first for the 25-year-old driver — last year he also suffered a nose wound from a broken glass incident during a party in Amsterdam before the 2024 Miami GP.

“It’s healing nicely now. I got a more professional repair on this one than the previous injury,” Norris told Motorsport.com.

The British driver expressed gratitude for the two-week break between the British and Belgian GPs for recovery.

“I needed two weeks off to recover. One week for recovery and spending time with friends, then another week preparing for the upcoming race,” he added.
