Crws Insists Focus Remains Despite Talon Esports Strong VCT Start

Talon Esports Valorant veteran Thanamethk “Crws” Mahatthananuyut recently stated that his team won’t drop their guard, despite strong start in the first two days of VCT Pacific Stage 2.

Talon secured convincing 2-0 wins against both Boom Esports and Zeta Division in their last two matches. These impressive results were seen as a positive sign, considering they were playing inconsistently during group stage seasons ago.

However, Crws emphasized in his VCT Pacific interview that he doesn’t want the team to get complacent. He stressed the need to stay fully focused on upcoming matches to secure a playoff spot. He also expressed optimism that if the team maintains their current form, they can make a deep run in the tournament.

The squad’s recent performance is a significant improvement compared to when they were playing with veterans Peter “Governor” No and Joseph “ban” Seungmin Oh. Now fielding an all-Thailand roster, the team is determined to redeem themselves and prove that local young talent can compete with established veterans.

Three days forward, Talon will meet Detonation FocusMe in the Omega group. A victory would ensure their playoff spot earlier.
