Indonesia National Futsal Team Prepares for International Tournament in China

The Indonesian Futsal Federation has announced a national team training camp starting in late August in Jakarta — preparation for the upcoming CFA International Men’s Futsal Tournament.

Top players from the Pro Futsal League will gather to prepare for the competition taking place in Shijiazhuang, China. Eight countries will participate in this tournament:

• China
• Indonesia
• Denmark
• Thailand
• Myanmar
• New Zealand
• South Korea
• Laos/United Arab Emirates

Head coach Hector Souto emphasized the importance of international standards in team development.

“From the beginning, I have always said that we must follow international standards. So, now is the time to see what our true potential is,” said Souto.

This program is part of medium-term preparation for the 2025 SEA Games and 2026 AFC Futsal.
