Mahali Jasuli shares advice with Malaysia U-23 team ahead of Indonesia clash

Mahali Jasuli, Kuala Lumpur FC striker who was trained by Bojan Hodak and Ong Kim Swee — offers advice to Malaysia U-23 national team players ahead of their match against Indonesia.

The 36-year-old player holds fond memories of the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK) — where he helped Malaysia secure gold at the 2011 SEA Games after defeating Indonesia in a penalty shootout.

In that final match which ended 1-1 in regular time, Mahali Jasuli became the first successful penalty taker — initiating Malaysia’s victory with a final score of 4-1 over host Indonesia.
