Barcelona agrees to loan Marcus Rashford from Manchester United

According to Fabrizio Romano’s report, Barcelona has reached a verbal agreement with Manchester United for Marcus Rashford‘s transfer — the deal structured as a loan with a permanent purchase option.

The England national team striker is scheduled for medical tests in Barcelona next week — salary discussions are still ongoing between both clubs.

Barcelona’s coach Hansi Flick is expected to maintain the same formation as last season — 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 schemes remain the primary choices to accommodate Rashford’s arrival.

“Verbal agreement in principle reached between all parties involved. Barcelona planning for medical tests in coming days,” Romano wrote on his official Twitter account.
