Amorim Reveals Manchester United’s Weaknesses After Leeds Draw

Manager Ruben Amorim analyzed Manchester United’s performance after a goalless draw against Leeds in their preseason match — highlighting the lack of pace and need to improve the team’s attack.

New signing Matheus Cunha, acquired for £62.5 million from Wolves, failed to break the attacking deadlock in his debut. Cunha’s positioning as left attacking midfielder with Bruno Fernandes playing deeper — hasn’t shown the expected chemistry.

“We have a lack of pace. Especially in the middle of the park, you can feel it’s hard to bring the ball,” Amorim told MUTV.
