Patrick Kluivert Concerned About Ole Romeny’s Serious Injury

Indonesian national team coach Patrick Kluivert expressed his concern regarding the serious injury suffered by Ole Romeny during the 2025 President’s Cup match, as reported by Bolasport.com.

The 25-year-old striker suffered a broken leg — an incident that occurred while representing Oxford United against Arema FC in the final group stage match on July 10.

The injury happened due to a hard tackle from Arema FC player Paulinho Moccelin — which required Romeny to undergo surgery yesterday.

“I am very disappointed because there is no good news after Ole’s surgery,” stated Kluivert.

Despite losing his key striker, the Dutch coach emphasized that the national team must adapt quickly to this situation.
