Three Indonesian representatives face top seeds in Japan Open 2025 quarter-finals

Japan Open 2025 enters a crucial phase with the start of quarter-finals at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, Japan. The matches will take place on Friday (18/7) starting at 08:00 WIB — featuring three Indonesian representatives with non-seeded status.

The three national representatives face tough challenges — two players will face first seeds, while another will be challenged by second seeds. Indonesia sends representatives from three different categories, all of whom are products of PBSI National Training Center.

Putri Kusuma Wardani will start Indonesia’s campaign in women’s singles. Two other representatives will compete in men’s doubles — all three are ready to fight for semifinal spots.
