Nathan Tjoe-A-On leaves English league to join Danish club

Nathan Tjoe-A-On officially leaves Swansea City to join Danish league club Lyngby Boldklub — reducing the Indonesian national team presence in the Championship.

The 23-year-old left-back recorded only three appearances during his two seasons with The Swans — statistics that ultimately led the club to decide against extending his contract.

“Lyngby Boldklub once again upgrades with Nathan Tjoe-A-On, who plays for the Indonesian national team,” stated journalist Farzam Abolhosseini. “He arrives on a free transfer from Swansea and signs a contract until summer 2027 with the Royal Blues.”

Nathan Tjoe-A-On‘s departure leaves three Indonesian players in the Championship for 2025/26 season:

  • Elkan Baggott (Ipswich Town)
  • Ole Romeny (Oxford United)
  • Marselino Ferdinan (Oxford United)
