Victor Dethan injured ahead of ASEAN Cup U-23 opener

According to Bolasport.com, Victor Dethan has suffered an injury setback ahead of the Group A ASEAN Cup U-23 2025 opener — Indonesia U-23 national team will face Brunei Darussalam at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium.

The PSM Makassar winger was seen training separately from the main squad at Madya Stadium — he was only accompanied by the team’s physiotherapist during the training session.

Indonesia U-23 national team coach, Gerald Vanenburg, has prepared alternatives for the wing position — Rayhan Hannan and Rahmat Arjuna are ready to take on that role.

“I trust in my players,” said the Dutch coach.
