Julio Cesar Begins to Adapt with Persib Bandung

Julio Cesar — Persib Bandung’s new defender brought in to replace Nick Kuipers — has begun his adaptation process with his new team ahead of the Super League 2025/2026 season.

The Brazilian player joins Maung Bandung after previously representing Thai club Singha Chiangrai United last season.

“I’ve only been here for a few days,” stated Julio Cesar, who started his first training session with the team on July 10.

Despite just joining, the former Singha Chiangrai United player has already noticed the potential of his teammate Beckham Putra — a positive sign amid the adaptation process with a squad that has undergone significant changes for the upcoming season.
