New Persib midfielder reveals close relationship with Liverpool star

New Persib Bandung midfielder, Luciano Guaycochea, has revealed his close relationship with Liverpool FC player, Alexis Mac Allister — who happens to be his cousin.

Guaycochea, who was brought in to replace Tyronne del Pino in Maung Bandung’s midfield for the 2025/2026 season, shared about his interactions with his cousin who plays in the English Premier League.

“Alexis is a great player. We talk a lot about his game, my game, he also tries to follow all my matches, so this is a good thing,” said Guaycochea.

The two players maintain a close bond — they frequently spend time together discussing various aspects of football.
