Veda Ega Pratama dominates Race 2 of Red Bull Rookies Cup at Sachsenring

Veda Ega Pratama — a young rider from Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta — achieved remarkable success at the Sachsenring Circuit, Germany by winning Race 2 of the 2025 Red Bull Rookies Cup.

The Sachsenring race showcased Asian riders’ dominance — Japan’s Zen Mitani finished second while Kyrgyzstan’s Yaroslav Karpushin completed the podium in third place.

This victory marks Veda Ega Pratama’s third success in the 2025 season, following his clean sweep of both races at Italy’s Mugello Circuit.

“Today’s race was incredible for me. It was a crazy race, we were in a large group,” Veda stated at Parc-Ferme.
