Bagnaia Experiences Nightmare at German MotoGP Sprint Race

Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati Lenovo team endured a difficult day during qualifying and sprint race at German MotoGP in Sachsenring circuit — the Italian rider could only manage to start from 11th position.

The wet track conditions made it even more challenging for the two-time MotoGP world champion to show his best performance — in contrast to his teammate Marc Marquez who managed to win the sprint race despite making a mistake in the first corner.

Valentino Rossi‘s protégé visibly struggled to defend his position from other riders’ attacks — a recurring issue throughout this season. Bagnaia ultimately had to settle for 12th place finish, well outside the points zone.
