Five Persija Jakarta players show their skills in 2025 President’s Cup

Persija Jakarta players became the highlight of Indonesia All Stars’ performance in the 2025 President’s Cup — despite the combined team having to settle for fourth place after losing 0-2 to Dewa United.

Five Macan Kemayoran players called up by coach Rahmad Darmawan showed impressive performances. Three of them managed to get their names on the scoreboard: Riko Simanjuntak, Eksel Runtukahu against Oxford United, and Witan Sulaeman when facing Arema FC.

Hansamu Yama performed consistently in defense with two starts. Meanwhile, Zahaby Gholy — the youngest player at 16 years old — received limited opportunities but gained valuable experience.

Indonesia All Stars managed to score a total of five goals throughout the tournament — two goals against Oxford United and three goals against Arema FC.
