Rafael Struick signs three-year contract with Dewa United

Dewa United President, Adrian Satya Negara, announced the contract signing with Indonesian national team striker Rafael Struick — the agreement took place after the team secured third place in the 2025 President’s Cup.

Team coach, Jan Olde Riekerink, revealed his surprise regarding Struick’s contract duration being longer than his own. The former SC Heerenveen coach acknowledged meeting with Struick previously in the Netherlands.

“I did have extensive discussions with Rafael while in the Netherlands, but the decision to join was entirely his,” stated Riekerink.

The former ADO Den Haag player will strengthen the Banten Warriors with a contract extending until 2028.
