Jakarta to Host FIBA 3×3 Challenger and Women’s Series 2025

Jakarta is set to host the FIBA 3×3 Challenger and Women’s Series 2025 — two prestigious tournaments that will take place at Plaza Timur Gelora Bung Karno in late July.

Anthony Gunawan, Head of Tournament Operation Inaspro 3×3 Series, revealed competition details during a press conference at the FIBA Jakarta office today.

“All participating teams have been confirmed. Each tournament will feature 16 teams. For the 3×3 Challenger, Indonesia has three representatives. Meanwhile, in the 3×3 Women’s Series, we have one team. This event will provide valuable experience for Indonesian 3×3 players,” explained Gunawan.

Indonesia will field three men’s teams in the Challenger 2025:

• Jakarta Mandiri: Mohammed Aymane Garudi Arip, Halmaheranno A.Lolaru Hady, Jonathan Patrick Alex, Yogi Saputra Chan
• Batavia Mandiri: Daffa Dhoifullah, Justin Jaya Wiyanto, Serigne Modou Kane, Deante Barnes
• South Jakarta Inaspro: IBL players (to be announced)

The Indonesian women’s team will be strengthened by six players — Fanny Kalumata, Mabekou Valeri, Natasha Debby, Evelyn Fiyo, Natasya Amelia, and Valencia Callistan with Alvin Indra as team manager.
