Bhayangkara FC Signs Ex-Inter Miami Striker Shanyder Borgelin Ahead of Liga 1 2025

Bhayangkara FC has officially announced the signing of Shanyder Borgelin, a towering striker and former Inter Miami player, as part of their preparations for the upcoming 2025/2026 Liga 1 season.

The 23-year-old forward from Florida, USA, stands at 196 cm and brings a strong physical presence to The Guardians‘ front line. His height and build are expected to provide a new attacking dimension to Bhayangkara FC’s offensive tactics.

Borgelin’s arrival complements the earlier signing of Andres Nieto from the Cambodian League. Both players are projected to be central figures in Bhayangkara’s attack and are expected to lead the team’s goal-scoring efforts this season.

Borgelin spent the 2023–2024 season with MLS side Inter Miami. Born and raised in Florida, he comes with experience in a high-intensity, physical league — a background that Bhayangkara FC hopes will bring added strength, pace, and impact to their overall gameplay.
