Oxford United coach Gary Rowett addresses the condition of Ole Romeny who sustained an injury during the match against Arema FC at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Bandung Regency.

The 25-year-old striker was forced to leave the field after being stepped on by Arema FC player Paulinho on the sideline during yesterday’s President’s Cup 2025 Group A match.

Oxford United secured a convincing 4-0 victory over Arema FC. The visiting team’s goals were scored by:

  • Ole Romeny (9th minute)
  • Snowden (43rd minute)
  • O’Donkor (70th minute)

Romeny who managed to score early in the match — had to be substituted after receiving treatment from Oxford United’s medical team following the incident.
