Vyn Departs RRQ for Second Time

Professional player Calvin “Vyn” has once again shocked Indonesia’s MLBB community by confirming his second departure from RRQ.

The organization announced via their official social media that they and Vyn have mutually agreed not to extend his contract beyond July. They thanked the 24-year-old player for his hard work during his time with two different RRQ squads.

It was noted that Vyn played for the RRQ Hoshi MLBB squad from March to August 2024. He then left and was appointed to lead RRQ’s inaugural Honor of Kings squad, announced in May 2024. However, this team struggled competitively, unlike RRQ Hoshi which improved significantly later in that year.

This departure is particularly surprising for fans, as it marks his second exit from RRQ. Previously, he left the team in 2023 after nearly four years as captain of RRQ Hoshi and decided to join Bigetron to fill their roamer position.

Notably, Vyn’s exit fuels rumors that he intends to start a new career as an MLBB coach for another team. One potential destination linked to him is major rival Evos, which coincidentally released its entire coaching staff just a while ago.
