LKG BRI Indonesia team ready to compete in Gothia Cup Sweden

Liga Kompas and PT Bank BRI tbk held The Delegate event in Fatmawati, South Jakarta — marking the final preparation of the LKG BRI Indonesia team for the Gothia Cup in Gothenburg.

The team heading to Sweden is led by coach Tb Wahyudiansyah with assistant Edi, accompanied by two Kompas officials — bringing 18 top players selected from the 2024-2025 Liga Kompas season.

The preparation for this international tournament has been comprehensive — including a 2.5-month intensive training program with support from various parties:

• Psychological guidance from the Sports Psychology Association
• Physical and tactical training programs from Team 11
• Regular nutrition consultation for players and parents
• Series of trial matches against 12 U-16 teams
• Training camp at Bromelia Resort for temperature adaptation

The Gothia Cup, scheduled for July 13-20, is a prestigious event — attended by hundreds of teams from 70 countries and often referred to as the World Cup of youth football.
