Daniel Suarez Set to Leave Trackhouse Racing After the 2025 Season

According to statements at Chicago circuit, Trackhouse Racing — which has claimed 11 NASCAR victories since its establishment — announced separation with Daniel Suarez after the 2025 season.

Suarez — who joined as the team’s first driver from the beginning — contributed only two wins from team’s total of 11 victories. Currently, he ranks lowest among the team’s three full-time drivers, especially after Shane van Gisbergen’s Chicago triumph.

“Daniel has been a huge part of this company for four and a half years,” stated Justin Marks, team founder.

“When we mapped out our three and five-year plan, we felt this relationship had borne a lot of fruit for us, but it was time to move on.”

Though no official announcement has been made, Connor Zilisch — a rising young talent — is expected to take over the No. 99 Chevrolet from Suarez for the 2026 season.

Earlier, Suarez revealed to media that he felt less valued in recent months — his suggestions often went unheard and there was “no chemistry” left with the team.
