Eduardo Perez’s team opted not to participate in the 2025 President’s Cup and chose a different path by conducting a preseason tour in Australia — this step was taken as preparation for the 2025-2026 Liga 1 season.

Football West has formed a special team to face Bajul Ijo by gathering 22 best players from nine local clubs — all players come from amateur and semi-professional competitions, without involving players from A-League.
