According to East Anglian Daily Times, Elkan Baggott faces tough competition at Ipswich Town despite receiving a contract extension for the 2025/26 season.

The 22-year-old Indonesian national team defender — who has earned 22 caps for his country — finds himself in a difficult position to break into The Tractor Boys’ first team.

Although Ipswich Town now plays in the Championship following relegation from the Premier League, Baggott is predicted to struggle competing with the main defensive duo:
