Three Key Chelsea Players Out Against Fluminense in Club World Cup Semifinal

According to the pre-match press conference, Chelsea coach Enzo Maresca revealed the unfavorable situation facing his team ahead of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup semifinal against Fluminense.

The Blues will have to play without three key players at MetLife Stadium, New Jersey. Levi Colwill and Liam Delap are forced to miss due to yellow card accumulation, while Romeo Lavia is still recovering from a muscle injury sustained during the Benfica match.

“Despite having several players unavailable, I’m confident we can find solutions for tomorrow’s match,” said Maresca.

The semifinal match between Chelsea and Fluminense will take place early Wednesday at 02:00 WIB.
