10 Teams Secure Places in 2025 Liga 1 Season, Battle Intensifies for Remaining Spots

According to Bolasport.com, Liga 1 2024/2025 has just five matches remaining — with the competition intensifying across all levels of the standings.

Ten teams have already secured their places in next season’s Liga 1, but the battle remains heated at the top of the table and in the relegation zone.

Persib Bandung continues to hold the top position — aiming to maintain their lead over Dewa United, who sit in second place. Three other teams that have also confirmed their safety are Persebaya Surabaya, Malut United, and PSM Makassar.

Among the promoted sides, Malut United has stood out the most. The club has impressed this season, competing strongly in the upper half of the table alongside Liga 1’s more established teams.

With the league reaching its decisive phase, clubs are now racing to secure either a place in the top tier or avoid relegation. Every point gained or lost in the next five matches could prove critical to their final standing.
