Bagnaia plans to return to old motorcycle at MotoGP Americas

Francesco Bagnaia of the Ducati Lenovo Team plans to return to his old motorcycle at the third series of MotoGP Americas, according to GPone.com.

The Italian rider has shown dissatisfaction after the two opening series of MotoGP 2025—with three third-place finishes and one-fourth position in four Sprint and GP races.

“Third position is certainly not Pecco’s position. He can and must do more. Our goal is to try to help him show the best of himself,” stated Ducati Corse General Manager, Luigi Dall’Igna.

As a two-time MotoGP world champion who dominated the previous four seasons, Bagnaia struggles to find his best performance with the new motorcycle, after canceling engine and chassis updates during pre-season testing.
