Adnan/Indah Exit in Thailand Open 2025 Quarter-Finals

Indonesian mixed doubles pair, Adnan Maulana/Indah Cahya Sari Jamil, had to end their journey at the Thailand Open 2025 after suffering a defeat in the quarter-finals.

Competing at Nimibutr Stadium, Bangkok, the Indonesian duo — who delivered a subpar performance — lost to the Chinese pair, Gao Jia Xuan/Wu Meng Ying.

Adnan/Indah’s performance declined compared to their opening match, where they impressively defeated the top-seeded Chinese pair, Jiang Zhen Bang/Wei Ya Xin — even though this time they were up against opponents ranked only 79th in the world.

In the first game, Adnan/Indah trailed 7–11 at the interval. After the break, the Chinese pair extended their lead to 12–9. Although Adnan/Indah managed to close the gap to 10–12, they fell further behind 10–15 and were only able to add one more point as their opponents scored two straight points.
